- Have basic landscape knowledge and skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow your personal talents.
- Willingness to follow instruction from Crew Leader.
- Available to work weekends and extra hours as needed for peak seasons.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Physically able to work 8-12 hour days in the outdoor harsh climates and Texas weather conditions.
- Starting Pay $12 – $16/Hour
